Temptations review

They said it wouldn't chip or scratch but our bakeware has chipped  and scratched.  Ours serving spoons that I got the handles won't stay on. And all of this is with minimal use.   They are pretty but not useful and they too expensive to end in the garbage.

Panko Bread Crumbs

I had thought these bread crumbs were going to be tasteless and tiny, but what I found out was that they are not tiny nor tasteless.  The crumbs are bigger and they come in a variety.  So far the only choices I have seen since I have a limited choice of anything because of the commissary is, plain and Italian.  I will use the Italian for anything I used Italian breadcrumbs before mainly because they have more flavor cause they soke up flavors better.  On to my next point they soak up so many of the flavors, when I make meatballs they are so much more flavorful even with the plain ones (I do a mixture of plain and Italian flavored).  I belive that because they are just a little bigger than regular bread crumbs that is why they are so good for meatballs.  Also my husband has this recipe that basically dips chicken breasts in garlic butter then breadcrumbs, I use the panko Italian breadcrumbs with a little of the regular cause the size of the panko sometimes can be overwhelming on this dish but I use them because of they way the soak the butter and the chicken drippings. Sooo Good, I am glad this is what we are having for dinner.
